Pursuant to §46-15-322(1), Montana Code Annotated, the Yellowstone County Attorney’s Office is prepared to make available for you all discovery in your pending case that is currently in our possession.

If you are a Pro Se Defendant with a pending case in Yellowstone County Justice Court and would like to request a copy of your law enforcement reports (discovery), please complete the form below.

Upon receipt of this request, you will be notified of the total fee for obtaining discovery. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of pick up prior to releasing any documents/discs. You will be provided a receipt upon payment.

Upon notification that your discovery is ready, please come to the 2nd floor of the Yellowstone County Courthouse (217 N. 27th Street) to Room 207, to pay the fee and retrieve your documents/discs. Our office is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

If requesting discovery for multiple cases, please list all case numbers in the area provided on the request form.

You will receive a copy of your request form via email.
