Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, Montana will receive sealed bids for the purchase of a new/unused 2024 or 2025 model year forklift.

Four (4) copies of the bid (1 original, 3 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Metra Forklift" in the lower right hand corner.

Bids must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. March 17th, 2025. Bids received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:00 a.m. March 18th, 2025. Bids submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 3:00 P.M. March 17th, 2025 will not be opened.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the bid that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.

Extension of Water Main Along the North Frontage Road

The Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners requires services from a qualified engineering firm to assist in the planning, surveying, engineering, final design and construction documents including cost schedule for Lockwood Infrastructure Improvements. The Lockwood infrastructure project requires that the Owners engage a qualified firm to design the project following the general guidelines for the construction of the above-named project.

Four (4) copies of the qualification (1 original, 3 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O.
