Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County Montana are currently requesting proposals for rodeo equipment for a new outdoor arena located at the MetraPark campus 308 6th Avenue North, Billings, MT 59101.

Five (5) copies of the proposal (1 original & 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "METRAPARK RODEO EQUIPMENT" in the lower right hand corner.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. February 3rd, 2025. Proposals received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:00 a.m. February 4th, 2025. Proposals submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 3:00 P.M. February 3rd, 2025 will not be opened.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the proposals submitted and to accept the proposal that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, Montana is currently soliciting bids from interested parties for the Yellowstone County Museum ADA Remodel & Lift Addition. The Yellowstone County Museum is located at 1950 Terminal Circle, Billings, MT 59101.

Five (5) copies of the bid (1 original, 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "YCM ADA REMODEL & LIFT ADDITION" in the lower right hand corner.

Bids must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. February 10th, 2025. Bids received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:00 a.m. February 11th, 2025. In order to ensure prospective vendors, have a complete understanding of the project, a Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 15th, on site at the Yellowstone County Museum, 1950 Terminal Circle, Billings, MT 59101.
