Courthouse Renovation Bid Package
This request for bids from subcontractors is being issued by Sletten Construction (Sletten) as the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC|CM) for Yellowstone County to complete the scopes of work for the new Yellowstone County Courthouse Renovation Project.

Central Ave. & 48th St. West Intersection Improvements
The Yellowstone County Public Works Department is currently requesting bids for the Central and 48th Intersection Improvements project. The primary purpose of the project is to construct a signalized intersection and roadway widenings at Central Avenue and 48th Street West. The associated roadway improvements will extend approximately 600 feet along the west and south legs from the center of the intersection, approximately 560 feet along the east leg from the center of the intersection, and approximately 660 feet along the north leg from the center of the intersection. Miscellaneous works include culvert replacement, approach construction, utility coordination, and general milling and filling, and associated widening work.
Comprehensive Banking Services
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound and responsible financial institutions to provide comprehensive banking services for the County. The services needed are outlined in Section III.
The custodial funds use the County as their "bank" so attention must be paid to Section III, item B.
In selecting a financial institution, the Countys primary goals are to partner with a financial institution that demonstrates quality and responsiveness in its customer service and can demonstrate the local decision- making authority available to handle the Countys needs.

Field Analysis and Intersection Improvements Study
The Yellowstone County Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to conduct a field analysis and intersection improvements study for up to eight (8)intersections selected by the County. The purpose of this study is to evaluate existing safety and operational conditions, analyze historical and current data, and develop short, mid, and long-term recommendations that enhance the overall function and safety of the intersections.
Interested consultants shall the submit a completed intent to respond form as well as their complete list of questions regarding the RFP no later than January 2nd, 2026.

Professional Engineering Services FY26-27
The Public Works Department is accepting SOQs from engineering firms wishing to be added to a list of prequalified firms to perform engineering services involving multiple areas of expertise. This list will be used by the County for the remainder of FY26 and FY27 to select engineering firms if and when the County has a need for those services. The SOQ should address the consultant’s capabilities related to the areas of expertise for which they are submitting. Specific project selections will be based on the list of prequalified firms determined by County staff along with the information included in submitted SOQs. The County reserves the right to award projects to prequalified firms at its discretion, either directly or through a project specific proposal.
Insurance Agent/Brokerage Services
Notice is hereby given that Yellowstone County is seeking statements of qualifications from insurance brokerage firms to provide insurance brokerage and consulting services. Firms are invited to submit their qualifications for consideration in providing these services to the County.
To ensure a complete understanding of the scope of services requested, a mandatory, virtual Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd, at 1:00PM to answer questions from participants. This meeting will be held as a Microsoft Teams meeting. Please email Matt Kessler to receive an invite to the meeting. Attendance will be taken. Submittals that are received without a representative attending the Pre-Submittal meeting will not be considered.
