Election Ballot Printing

Closing Date: June 2, 2025 - 3:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Yellowstone County is seeking proposals for the printing of official ballots for elections held between July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026.

Five (5) copies of the proposal must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, PO Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107, or delivered to their office, Room 3101, located on the 3rd floor of the Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Election Ballot Printing RFP" in the lower right hand corner.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. June 2, 2025. Quotes received after the aforementioned time and date will not be considered.

Yellowstone County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the proposals submitted and to accept the proposal that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.

Metra Outdoor Digital Signage

Notice is hereby given that the Yellowstone County is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of three digital message centers on the MetraPark campus, located at 308 6th Ave North, Billings, MT 59101.

Five (5) copies of the bid must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, PO Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107, or delivered to their office, Room 3101, located on the 3rd floor of the Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101. Precast Concrete Products for Lockwood Sidewalk

Closing Date: April 28, 2025 - 4:00 P.M.

Yellowstone County is currently soliciting price quotations for supplying the specified precast concrete material and delivery of the products to Yellowstone County Road and Bridge Department located in Billings, MT.

One (1) copy of the bid must be submitted to the Yellowstone County Public Works Department, P.O. Box 35024, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3201- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101. If it is more convenient, quotes may be faxed (254-7946) or emailed (lmcisaac@yellowstonecountymt.gov). All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Lockwood Sidewalk Precast Supply" in the lower right hand corner.

Bids must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. April 28, 2025. Quotes received after the aforementioned time and date will not be considered.
