Outdoor Events Arena Grading Water Line Service, and Future Conduits

Closing Date: December 9th, 2024 - 3:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, Montana is currently soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide grading, water service line, and future use conduits and sleeves located at MetraPark in Billings, Montana.

Five (5) copies of the bid (1 original & 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "MetraPark Outdoor Events Arena Construction Project" in the lower right hand corner.

Bids must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. December 9th, 2024. Bids received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:30 a.m. December 10th, 2024. Bids submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 3:00 P.M. December 9th, 2024 will not be opened.

A Pre-Bid conference will be held at the office of WWC Engineering, 550 S. 24th Street West, Suite 201, Billings, MT on November 21st and 10 a.m. local time. All questions shall be submitted to WWC Engineering by December 5th, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. local time.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the bid that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.
