MINUTES November 19, 2024. Commissioner Morse made a MOTION to approve the Minutes, Commissioner Ostlund seconded. Passed Unanimous.
RECOGNITION Michael Galland Road 20 Years of Service; Theresa Martin Sheriffs Office Retirement 32 Years of Service; Cheryl Steiner Detention Facility Retirement 20 Years of Service; Clay Moore Road & Bridge Retirement 37 Years of Service.
9:30 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING Resolution 24-157 to Approve Tax Benefits for Project Meats, dba Ranch House. Commissioner Ostlund opened the Public Hearing. The applicant spoke in favor of the proposed tax incentive. Hearing no other comments, Commissioner Ostlund closed the Public Hearing. Commissioner Morse made a MOTION to approve Resolution 24-157, Commissioner Ostlund seconded. Passed Unanimous.
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON REGULAR, CONSENT AND FILED AGENDA ITEMS Two people spoke in favor of the Proclamation 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence. Hearing no other comments Commissioner Ostlund continued the Board Meeting.
COMMISSIONERS A.) Proclamation 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence. Commissioner Morse read the proclamation into the record. Commissioner Morse made a MOTION to approve the Proclamation, Commissioner Ostlund seconded. Passed Unanimous. B.) SD-23 Interviews will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3108. No action is required on this item.
