          MINUTES – November 12, 2024.  Commissioner Morse made a MOTION to approve the Minutes, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous.

          9:30 a.m. PRESENTATION – Beartooth RC&D Annual Report and MOU.  Beartooth RC&D Annual Report and MOU.  Mr. Joel Bertolino, Executive Director and Mr. Guarav Thakur, Economic Development Director gave an update.  Commissioner Jones made a MOTION to approve the MOU with Beartooth RC&D, Commissioner Morse seconded.  Passed Unanimous.

          EMERGENCY AND GENERAL SERVICES – A.)  Resolution of Intent 24-154 to Annex Property into the Lockwood Rural Fire District – 3200 Sage View Road and Setting the Public Hearing for Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3108.  Commissioner Jones made a MOTION to approve Resolution of Intent 24-154, Commissioner Morse seconded.  Passed Unanimous.  B.)  Resolution of Intent 24-155 to Annex Property into the Lockwood Rural Fire District – 3520 Sage Hill Road and Setting the Public Hearing for Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3108.  Commissioner Morse made a MOTION to approve Resolution 24-155 of Intent, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous. 

          GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS – Resolution 24-153 of Intent to Change the Name of Shinnecock Place and Shinnecock Circle to Scheffler Way in The Nines Subdivision and Schedule a Public Hearing for Tuesday December 3rd, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3108.  Commissioner Jones made a MOTION to approve Resolution 24-153, Commissioner Morse seconded.  Passed Unanimous.

          PUBLIC WORKS – Resolution of Intent 24-150 to Set a Public Hearing on Board of Viewers’ Report on Abandonment of a Portion of Bone Avenue – Lockwood – Public Hearing Set for Tuesday December 3, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3108.  Commissioner Morse made a MOTION to approve Resolution 24-150, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous.
