9:30 a.m. PRESENTATION Beartooth RC&D Annual Report and MOU. Beartooth RC&D Annual Report and MOU. Mr. Joel Bertolino, Executive Director and Mr. Guarav Thakur, Economic Development Director gave an update. Commissioner Jones made a MOTION to approve the MOU with Beartooth RC&D, Commissioner Morse seconded. Passed Unanimous.

Commissioner Jones made a MOTION to approve Resolution of Intent 24-154, Commissioner Morse seconded. Passed Unanimous. B.) Resolution of Intent 24-155 to Annex Property into the Lockwood Rural Fire District 3520 Sage Hill Road and Setting the Public Hearing for Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3108.
